Late 1991 Tom Guerriero and I were at the Commonwealth Brewery in Boston watching the reggae band Loose Caboose and wondering if we could ever really form a reggae band. I was really trying to get Tom into reggae which was also still new to me. Well as the night went on we were more determined than ever to start a reggae band. I knew we didn't know much about reggae so I said we could call it Not A Clue. After getting our original band together we spelled the name NODDAKLU, but decided the KLU was only used in the Klu Klux Klan and that wouldn't go over to well so we changed it to the current NODDACLU.

This past year the restaurant was bought by John Caren who used to work for the Red Sox and was the guy who hired my brother Dick to do all the carpet and tile work. Dick and John became great friends and soon John asked us to come by and take a look at the new set up. It ROCKS. Still similar downstairs without the smell of brewing beer.

We are hoping to have a reunion of sorts with some of the old friends from NODDACLU and maybe even some old band members. At least the ones we still like! Anyway, let's dress up nice for this one and make it a real special night for all of us.
